When can I move in?

Once the lease has been signed and payment has been made.
Note: if you rent on line after office hours you will not have access to the unit until the next business day. The manager needs to get a copy of your picture ID and give you your gate code.

How many people can sign the lease?

Only one occupant can sign the lease.

Are leases long-term?

Our leases are month to month. You are required to rent the unit/space for a minimum of 30 days.

When is my rent due?

Rent is due on the first of each month.

Do you prorate the rent when I move-out?

Rent is not pro-rated for move-out. It’s best to schedule you move-out prior to the 1st of the following month.

How do I know what size I need?

Our managers are your storage experts and will be happy to assist you in finding the right size for you.

Can I work out of my unit?

No, this is considered “dead” storage which means you can only use the space to store your belongings.

Are there items I’m not able to store?

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, perishables, and guns/ammo. Please ask the manager if you are not sure about a specific item.

If I drop my payment in the drop box after office hours on the 10th will I get a late fee?

Yes, as the payment won’t be processed until the next business day.
